Herschel has 20+ years of experience spanning PMOs, program/project management & controls, project risk management, project management information systems and organizational assessments. He has consulted with large capital owners with annual programs ranging from few millions to multi-billions in setting up PMOs, establishing standards and procedures, providing project planning, cost, and schedule support for large, complex programs/projects working closely with multi-stakeholder project teams, providing risk assessment on diverse transportation & infrastructure projects and supporting capital planning and implementing enterprise project management tools.

He has helped his clients design and implement the Project Risk Management programs including processes, techniques and training. He has facilitated numerous cost, schedule and risk workshops across diverse industries including transit, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and process.

Herschel has led implementation of enterprise portfolio/project management systems including developing underlying business processes, procedures and integration with legacy tools.
